Joomla! 4 was released a few months ago. I have built a few sites with it now and am really impressed with the improvements made by the dedicated volunteers that make Joomla! a tool I am proud to use. It is a true open source project.

Out of the box Joomla supports multilingual content and a robust user access level system. New features include a workflow process to further enhance the use by teams and organzations to streamline the publication of content.
